Official mobile application of the Ministry of Universal Health and Public Health to request an appointment with your health center in case of presenting clinical symptoms compatible with COVID-19 infection.

Through the app, you can also access extensive information about the infection caused by the COVID-19 coronavirus.

Symptoms compatible with COVID-19 infection are symptoms of respiratory tract infection, with one or more of the following present:

• fever (over 37º)
• cough
• sneezing
• sore throat
• difficulty breathing

If you have experienced these symptoms in the last 14 days, you should request an appointment through this app.

If the symptoms you are experiencing are severe or you have an emergency, call 112.

Appointments through this app are intended for possible cases of COVID-19 infection.

An appointment is requested by entering your SIP number and date of birth, and confirming your contact phone number.

You will receive a call within a maximum of 24 hours from confirming the appointment creation. If the call is not received within 24 hours, you can make the request again through the app or by calling 900 300 555.

The app will inform you of the status of the appointment: requested, confirmed, completed.

If during the initial phone call the healthcare professional at your health center identifies your case as a possible COVID-19 case, subsequent phone calls to monitor your case will be scheduled by the healthcare professional. From that moment on, you will receive periodic calls to check your health status and assist you with any questions and needs you may have.

If you have different symptoms than those indicated, contact your health center through the usual appointment phone numbers.

The Ministry of Universal Health and Public Health is responsible for and the author of the information displayed in the application. Additionally, it guarantees the privacy and protection of your data (http://coronavirusautotest.san.gva.es/proteccion-datos-es.html). Furthermore, the Ministry ensures that personal information will be stored and used securely for as long as necessary and only to provide you with the personalized services described above.

To safeguard user/patient information, this application uses the secure HTTPS protocol for all communications with servers.
